Who You Are

You’re a driven professional with a minimum of three years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within an agency, platform, digital network, or media company. You’re known for your exceptional relationships within the gaming sector and have a knack for nurturing and developing new connections. You’ll have a passion for video games, tech, and entertainment, as well as knowledge of popular platforms including YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

The Role

As our Partnership Manager based in the UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding AgencyGMR’s client portfolio through innovative pitches and the establishment of new partnerships. You’ll work closely with our existing clients to develop and oversee bespoke campaigns and projects globally, acting as a crucial bridge between our clients and our internal creative, production, and delivery teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver unparalleled value to our clients, creators, and audiences in every initiative.
  • Expand and enhance our current client relationships.
  • Build strong business relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Build out a full sales pipeline to support cross-business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day interactions.
  • Foster productive relationships with clients and agencies, prioritizing exceptional customer service and attention.
  • Draft internal briefs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful pitch and execution of campaigns.
  • Provide clients with timely updates, insights, and reports, keeping them informed about relevant company and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in a business development, partnerships, sales, or marketing role, specifically in the games & tech, marketing, or digital talent management space.
  • Established contacts within the video game and tech industries, preferably from a marketing/communications standpoint.
  • A deep understanding of the creator/brand/social media ecosystem.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape and audience development strategies.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for video games and pop culture.

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
