Content Management and Strategy Development
- Overseeing the overall content strategy across PC Guide, focusing on AI industry trends, news and tutorials
- Managing AI focused content, covering trends, news and evergreen guides across PC Guide
- Meet agreed traffic targets
- Develop and test new mechanisms, such as Google Web Stories
- Lead launches and reveals coverage in AI, and build out network of voices to build authority in this space
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Lead and manage a dynamic team, providing guidance and feedback.
- Orchestrate the content schedule and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with the Editor for consistent and quality-driven content.
Market Trend Analysis and Audience Engagement:
- Staying updated with the latest trends in AI
- Understanding reader needs and tailoring content to deliver value and insight to those passionate about AI
Content Quality and Standards:
- Upholding the highest quality standards across all content.
- Contributing written content personally
- Regularly reviewing and refining content based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Managing up to the Editor with reports and strategy
SEO and Data Analytics:
- Applying expertise in SEO and affiliate marketing to enhance content visibility and reach.
- Utilising data analytics to inform content strategy, identify gaps, and discover new opportunities.
- Implementing successful SEO strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
- Share and learn methods and tests with the rest of the team
Resource Management:
- Managing resources effectively to maintain a steady flow of high-quality content.
- Budget management: Ensuring we are looking at ROI monthly
- Balancing the editorial workload among team members efficiently.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Constantly seeking innovative approaches to enhance the reader experience and content relevance
- Keeping abreast of industry advancements and integrating new ideas into content and strategy.
Previous experience:
- At least five years of experience managing teams and covering AI industry trends
